She has more than 8 years of experience in Program Management, Coordination and Logistics in NGOs sector. PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
• Overall management and coordination of the program
• Liaison with local government, the private sector, civil society organizations
and other stakeholders
• Providing support in the preparation of work plans, project activity calendar,
activity reports, and any other project related documents
• Coordinating with govt. offices to harmonize concepts and approaches for
rural sectors development
• Together with the Finance Officer of the Project Implementation Unit,
streamlining the funding of the program activities and procurement
• Making frequent visits of field sites to keep abreast of progress and
• Monitoring and evaluation of project progress
• Providing assistance to donors/missions in relation to the project.
A. Rauf Kakepoto (Azad)
After graduation in Archaeology, career started as a researcher under the supervision of Dr, A. H Dani in Taxila Institute of Asian Civilizations, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad in addition to that taught course on Anthropology of Religion as visiting faculty in the Department of Anthropology in the same university. In TIAC got responsibilities as Editor of biannual “Journal of Asian Civilizations, Research Asst. of Professor Dani under DNP/HEC, Student Affairs Coordinator, Secretary General of Indusians Research Cell and Fieldwork Supervisor/Lecturer from 2003 to 2007. Major discoveries in exploration projects remained in Potohar having some fossil collections, Palaeolithic tools and a prehistoric cave site near Sangjani, conducted a survey of Chakwal temples and the South Waziristan wherefrom a protohistoric site near Badin Khel was of great significance, the landmark discovery of Margalla footprints in 2007 remained under my supervision. Prepared PC-1 for Strengthening TIAC and got the approval of HEC having PKR 21.896 million funding support.
Became HoD of Anthropology & Archaeology in National Institute of Cultural Studies at Folk Heritage Museum (Lok Virsa) Islamabad 2007-2009. Served Radio Pakistan as Researcher/ Producer from 2009 to 2013. Started work with Indus Research & Development Organization as Director Programs till August 2014 than onward Served as Director Programs/Research in the Salook organization (A Pakistani chapter of Netherland based organization Universal Sufi Council). During the last couple of years remained Associate Professor (Visiting Faculty) in National College of Arts, Rawalpindi
Currently working as President of Indusians Research Cell and Coordinator for Pak-American Heritage Media Forum parallel to my Ph.D.
